Ian C. Peres, CPA, CA

Founder and Principal

Ian is a Chartered Professional Accountant (1993) who articled with Deloitte. He is a former investment banker and been involved in the public and private sectors in senior management and board of director positions for over 20 years.

Ian will lead all client interactions, brings decades of expertise in project management, has been in the building space for over ten years, and has consistently demonstrated an ability to manage timelines, stay on budget, and maintain strong relationships with the trades.

Travis Schiller, P. Eng

Founder and Principal

Travis is the Founder and Sole Owner of Schiller Engineering, formed in 2016, which has now designed or engineered 4,000+ projects in the residential space with his in house team of architectural designers, structural engineers, and home interiors teams.

The Schiller client portfolio includes the largest builders in Canada including Tribute Communities, Zancor Homes, and Fernbrook Homes, in addition to the reputable and well known smaller scale builders in Ontario with project sizes averaging 2,500 – 6,000 but up to 15,000 square feet.

Travis has over ten years experience in the engineering and design space and holds a degree in Civil Engineering (2012) and currently practices in the structural space but has experience in the geotechnical sector. Travis sits on the Board of the Sustainable Housing Foundation and has hosted conferences and seminars within this important space.
