Your build starts with a planning meeting with our team of architects and interior designers to discuss your must-have’s and your want's to provide a sense of your budget requirements.

Once architectural plans are approved by you, a detailed budget and Gantt chart is prepared to track cost, timing and progress.

​

After representing you through the City permitting process including Committee of Adjustment as necessary, construction begins with permits in hand.
